Dear Parents / Guardian

We want to inform you well ahead of time regarding our ART FEES and EXTRA COSTS (SPECIAL ART MATERIALS PACK) for 2025:

 

1. GENERAL ART FEES:

• ONE SUBJECT:    R2028.00

• TWO SUBJECTS: R3811.60

​

   1. Annual Payment of R2028 (by end February, receiving a discount of R100.00: R1928.00)   

   2.  Per Term (R507.00 in 1st week of each term)

   3. Monthly for 10 months (R202.80 in 1st week of each month).

Application forms are available in the Art Centre’s office.

 

2. EXTRA ART STATIONERY: (Please note that the art pack MUST be bought by the END OF JANUARY 2025.)

In addition to the Art fee flat rate mentioned above, specific art stationery is needed. These art packs are available at local stationers where parents also get school supplies from. This stationery must be bought before the term starts or at the latest on the 30th of January.

Note: The Creative Journal (Sourcebook) is the most important part of the art pack. It cannot be substituted for a different type of drawing book.

 

3. TEXTBOOKS

 

Textbooks will be given to learners free of cost. Our textbook policy states that if the book is lost, defaced (which includes writing or underlining) or damaged, you are liable to pay R450 for a replacement.

Please note that the Creative Journal (Sourcebook) is the most important part of the Art packs and must be bought as soon as possible.
